You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the products.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

• Refund will be made via the same payment method used for purchase.

• Processing time is up to 15 working days, depending on third-party payment gateway providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe), which may delay the transaction due to technical or banking constraints.

• You will retain access to all downloaded materials (PDFs, cheat sheets, templates) used during the period.

Step 2: Read and Apply the Exclusive eBook / PM Action Plan

Carefully read the included eBook-Visionary Project Management Leadership and complete the Project Management Action Plan exercises. These are designed to help you apply the course learnings to real-world scenarios.

Step 3: Implement in Personal/Real Projects

Complete and Apply at least 5 Takeaway Excercises (out of any 10 chapters) from the ebook Visionary Project Management Leadership or complete the Project Management Action Plan exercises (across atleast 5 core leadership areas out of 8 Action Plans) in your professional or personal project work.

Document your efforts, learnings, and changes you made.

Step 4: Submit Your Work

Email the following to support@pmexcellenceacademy.com within 30 days of purchase:

• Screenshots or documents of applied strategies (or Excel, pdf etc)

• All Completed exercises from selected chapters of the eBook Or PM Action Plan

• A short reflection (written or video) on what you implemented and what didn’t work so that we will improve the content delivery.

This content will be reviewed by our experts, and if it's clear that you genuinely tried and didn’t see improvement, your 100 % refund will be processed within 15 business days.
